Once the communication of results is correctly received and signed by all its authors, it is sent to the Governing Council Delegate Committee on matters of intellectual property and copyright proceeds.

The cited Committee studies the advisability of the protection of such work in name of the University. Also, the method of assumption of costs and sharing of benefits for the work is pronounced.

This decision will be made known to the authors and the Governing Council.
